The Naked Truth
The Naked Truth
13 April 2014
You are naked, aye, you are the truth
You are bare, aye you are beauty
You are simple, aye you are one
You are silent, aye you are good
You are bare, aye you are beauty
You are simple, aye you are one
You are silent, aye you are good
But why, do you seek me?
Am I the truth that completes you?
Am I the beauty that transcends your being?
Are you not content with the one?
Were you not good as conceived by your past?
Am I the truth that completes you?
Am I the beauty that transcends your being?
Are you not content with the one?
Were you not good as conceived by your past?
Can't you see me in my nakedness?
I, like you am also thirsty with the truth;
I, like you am also craving for the one, my being;
I, like you am good, we are, as how others judge us.
I, like you am also thirsty with the truth;
I, like you am also craving for the one, my being;
I, like you am good, we are, as how others judge us.
But, we are naked.
Let, not concealment define us!
Others want us to unveil us unto their naked eyes
They delight in seeing our nakedness
Of seeing what we confess
Let, not concealment define us!
Others want us to unveil us unto their naked eyes
They delight in seeing our nakedness
Of seeing what we confess
They delight in judgment
They are happy with biases
They live with the dictates of the sacred
They live with things affirmed by others but not happy with them.
They are happy with biases
They live with the dictates of the sacred
They live with things affirmed by others but not happy with them.
The sheet we weave, the memories we hold.
The truth we believe, the beauty which we are bold.
We seek for the one yet we are diverse
We seek for who we are, believing that others may believe.
The truth we believe, the beauty which we are bold.
We seek for the one yet we are diverse
We seek for who we are, believing that others may believe.
Yet we are born skeptic in our age,
So we pretend not to believe
But we are crying inside, behaving like children
Agreeing in front of the face seeing directly at our eyes.
So we pretend not to believe
But we are crying inside, behaving like children
Agreeing in front of the face seeing directly at our eyes.
When can we see the truth
That slap our face, and beauty
That slash our shame, and the one
Which shall show us that there are many... not one.
That slap our face, and beauty
That slash our shame, and the one
Which shall show us that there are many... not one.
We laugh because we see the difference, not the similarities.
We cry because we do not see why but we see the mystery.
We are afraid because we still do not know.
We hope because we know what we do not know.
We cry because we do not see why but we see the mystery.
We are afraid because we still do not know.
We hope because we know what we do not know.
We are a naked truth...
Are we beautiful?
Integral?
Naked.
Are we beautiful?
Integral?
Naked.
